I work quickly, never “pad” hours, and charge only for hours directly worked on your project. Emails and phone call consultations are included at no charge. You pay only for actual design time. Web Design: 1 page informational website: $75 for unique template and design, including logo 6 or less pages $175 for your personal, small business or home-based business website Additional pages $30 per hour This rate includes an additional two hours of web design time for revisions, additions or changes that can be requested once your project is completed. My experience is many clients approve the final site, then realize they want to add or change something. This offer is good for a period of 30 days after the completion of your site. Once the main website is constructed, most additional pages can be added quickly. This keeps your overall cost down on larger websites. Graphic Design and Presentations: Digital design services including presentations are billed at a flat rate of $30 per hour, one hour minimum, then billed in 30 minute increments. This rate includes all digital fine art, posters, fliers, promotional and marketing materials, book covers and other design requests. Additions and changes to websites are also billed at this rate, once your initial site has been completed. You will never be billed more than your quote. Presentations include transitions and other requested effects. This rate does not include ecommerce websites, or some specialized graphics. Logo Design: Flat rate of $50 for static logo and $75 for flash animated logo. Flash Slide Show, Photo Galleries or Video: Flash slide shows or photo galleries, or video presentations (.wmv, .flv or true NTCS Region 1 format) are done at the rate of $50 per hour. This rate is higher due to the image optimization that must be done before project can be started, as well as for the effects and transitions that are included. If you want a soundtrack I can do that as well, however, you music selection must be able to be converted into an MP3 and cannot be copyrighted. I have a wide selection of instrumental files that I am able include as a soundtrack -- all you need to do is let me know your preference such as in jazz, new age, techno, classical or similar. Domain Name and Hosting Services: While I am developing your website, you should have your domain name identified as this is often used throughout the site as text or links. I do not offer hosting or domain name services directly; however, I am able to secure your domain name for you and set up hosting services if you would prefer that I do that up for you. I use Valet Hosting -- a dependable, reliable and affordable hosting company. You will be billed via PayPal for actual costs only. I am also able to set up a statcounter account for you. This is a great way to track new visitors, repeat visitors, length of visit, pages visited and more. These additional services are free with every website contracted with me, so just ask if you want me to handle this. If you are a small business, home-based business, non-profit organization or have other budget concerns or questions, please ask if you qualify for special terms or a payment plan spread over a three month period. I will be happy to work with you to make your desired project a reality that you can afford.
